Alivio's Empower Socket and Outreach Clinic solution are a radical change to how prosthetics are fitted. Instead of the traditional labour-intensive manual crafting process, prone to mistakes and requiring high technical skills, the Empower socket is factory produced and fits directly on the users' stump, simplifying and speeding up the fitting process radically. Thanks to the direct-fitting process the Empower socket provides a perfect fit to every user, ensuring comfort and freedom of mobility.
Re-moldable for significant cost-savings
The Empower socket can be re-molded multiple times, to ensure a comfortable fit as the stump changes over time. Compared to traditional sockets that have to be discarded after stump changes, the Empower socket can create up to 10x savings for users, while reducing waste.
